The shop

Mercedes-Benz built it well. We keep it that way.

Premier Auto Care has serviced Mercedes-Benz in Houston since 2007 — C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, GLC, GLE, GLS, Sprinter, and the diesels in between. We use MB-approved synthetic oil (229.5 / 229.51 / 229.52), OE Mahle and Mann filters, and the right diagnostic tools.

Dealer pricing on a Mercedes is brutal. Most maintenance, electrical, and mechanical work can be done at an independent specialist for significantly less, with the same parts and the same procedures.

Warning signs

When to bring it in.

Any one of these means it's time for a look — sooner is cheaper than later.

Service A or B due

A is the basic oil and filter service. B includes brake fluid, cabin filter, and additional inspections. We do both, with reset.

Air suspension issue

AIRMATIC and ABC systems leak, sag, or throw faults predictably. We diagnose with XENTRY-level tools.

7G / 9G transmission shudder

Conductor plate, valve body, or fluid service — we know the failure points and fix them properly.

Diesel limp mode

DPF, EGR, AdBlue/DEF, and BlueTec system faults — we have the equipment to scan, regen, and repair.

Check engine or service light

Real Mercedes diagnostics, not just OBD-II. We scan every module to find the root cause.

Squealing or grinding brakes

OE pads with sensor, rotors, and BAS reset where required. Done right the first time.
